Controlled off-site fabrication help accelerate construction & improve quality, enabling earlier building occupancy compared to traditional field-built systems.

EIFS: A type of cladding that offers exterior walls insulation, water resistance, and a finished look, all integrated into a composite material. Designed to maximize water and thermal resistance.
MCM: A factory-installed rainscreen system with fire-retardant core metal composite material, also known as aluminum composite material (ACM). The joints between MCM panels feature a spline.
