Indoor air quality: BASF has achieved GREENGUARD certification for many of its construction industry products. One example is BASF’s Neopor® insulation which is globally recognized with GREENGUARD Gold certification for indoor air quality.

Low global warming potential (GWP): Due to its low GWP blowing agent, optimized supply chains, high R-value to mass ratio, and regional foam production across North America; Neopor® is one of the lowest embodied carbon rigid insulations available. This is further supported by 3rd party verified EPD’s compared within the EC3 Tool which demonstrates Neopor® to be the lowest embodied carbon rigid insulation made in North America.
